Annual report 2023

Knock Technology Limited is pleased to present the annual report for its first year of trading. Following a pre-seed capital raise, the company has made promising progress:

• Development of its concept product, noc™, was completed and released on MacOSx to a select group of clients under a beta testing program.

• A UK trademark for noc™ was approved and two patents are now pending. Additional patents are being prepared for submission.

• Two additional associated products began development; nocNotes and nocEntel.

• Knowledge-sharing partnerships were formed with several academic institutions, three white-label commercial partnerships were initiated and over 20 businesses expressed their interest in using noc™ and its associated products.
